| Who are we? |
ATGI is a Manufacturing Engineering Company (MEC) located in Washington State, the apple capital of the world. We license, manufacture and install fresh-fruit slicing systems. Specifically, we offer regional fresh-cut processors systems for “low-stress coring and slicing” of soft cored fruit. (click to enlarge) |

| What is PASS? | PASS is a patented technology that slices fruit in a new and different way. PASS sliced fruit is sliced for fresh consumption, not for pie filling.

| How does it work? | Other slicing machines "hold the apple and remove the core". PASS technology "holds the core and removes the apple". Consequently, the edible part of the apple (or other fruit) is never touched by the machinery. Its the "bruise-free" process that "finds" and removes the core every time, while surgically cutting the perfect slice..

| Who uses it? | PASS technology is scaleable to virtually any size operation, from portable systems on a rolling cart to multiple fixed systems feeding form/fill/seal machines. demonstrated the PASS system at the United Fresh 2010 in Las Vegas, NV on April
20-23, 2010, in Booth # 958

| Terms
and Restrictions: PASS is a trademark of ATGI. The
PASS system is covered by extensive patents filed in the USA and
internationally. All right and title to the technology shown on this
website is wholly owned and controlled by ATGI, Wenatchee
Washington. ATGI licenses its technology to targeted clients in
strategic market areas of the United States and Europe. Licensing to
regional processors includes local exclusivity. Licensing to
national distributors includes limits on geographic location.
Licensees are sought on the basis of market profile and subject to
pre-existing licensee jurisdiction. PASS technology is not for
sale and not available for consumer or primary retail use. ATGI's
own national sliced-apple brand is Apples
To Go which has been
available in the retail market since 2001 and is now only available from
PASS licensees. ATGI will not compete with its licensees, but
instead will train licensees in the successful slicing and distribution of
PASS sliced products. The balance of technology required to produce and
distribute fresh-sliced apples (ie: antioxidant infusion, bagging and
sealing) is available from or through ATGI to its licensees.
Retailers, schools and institutions who are looking for PASS sliced
product will be directed to the local exclusive processor in their
